SJS Real Estate Partners II, LLC

Following all the success began with SJS I, we formed SJS Real Estate Partners II, LLC to partner with the same group using the exact same investment strategy for their second, larger fund, launched in March 2016. With the larger $15 Million fund, more properties could be acquired, and SJS II committed to taking a larger interest. By maintaining the momentum started with the first fund, the progress continued uninterrupted. By November 2016, the fund acquired 11 mutli-family residential properties with 1,557 apartment units for a total of approximately $70 Million.
