In May 2015, our CEO Stewart Wilson was invited to participate in a private real estate fund formed by some immensely successful people for themselves, their families and friends. The fundā€™s primary objective was to acquire targeted multi-family residential properties projected to;

  1. Pay a cash-on-cash Return on Investment of 8% to 14% per annum
  2. Achieve a multiple Return on Equity of at least 2 to 1.

After performing an in depth analysis of management, the types of properties and markets being targeted, the investment objective, and the structure of the fund, Mr. Wilson formed SJS Real Estate Partners, LLC (SJS I) to participate and take full advantage of this extraordinary opportunity. The progress achieved since then has been remarkable.

Beginning in June 2015 through January 2016, the fund acquired 6 multi-family residential properties with 364 apartment units totaling $19.2 Million. SJS I was fully subscribed within its first 60 days. By the end of January 2016, SJS I began paying its investors quarterly distributions of income generated from the properties, all of which are performing in line with or better than projected, and looks forward to continuing to make quarterly distributions of income to our investors for the next 7 to 10 years.
