At SJS Real Estate Partners, we’re delivering both to our investors from a diversified portfolio of apartment properties. Founded in 2015, our combined holdings across all six Funds (SJS I – SJS VI) have included investments in 96 multi-family apartment properties with 12,900 units acquired for approximately $960 million. It’s been a remarkable growth story, one that reflects a disciplined investment approach and continues with SJS VII in 2026.
